Achieving Efficient and Effective Information Management and Exchange in the Humanitarian Sector

The following is the executive summary to a paper I'm writing which outlines an approach for improving information management and exchange within the humanitarian/international development sector. The paper itself expands upon the ideas of a standard information exchange model and an open source information management software platform.
